Show the M-Pesa SMS confirmation to the cashier to receive your service receipt.

Social Health Authority (SHA)

NSIRH is a registered SHA provider. Ensure your SHA membership is active before admission. Pre-authorisation is mandatory for all planned admissions and certain procedures.

What to Prepare

  • ✓ Valid SHA membership card
  • ✓ Active SHA account (check at afyayangu.go.ke)
  • ✓ Pre-authorisation form for planned admissions
  • ✓ Submit documents within 24 hours of admission

Financial Assistance

As a Level 6 government hospital, fee waivers and indigency funds are available. Contact our Medical Social Work unit immediately if you require assistance.
