Patient Assessment & Monitoring
Comprehensive evaluation and continuous monitoring of patient vital signs, condition, and response to treatment to ensure safety and effective care.
Medication Administration & Management
Safe and accurate delivery of medications, including patient education on proper use and potential side effects, following evidence-based nursing protocols.
Patient and Family Education
Provides guidance and training on health management, disease prevention, rehabilitation, and self-care to empower patients and caregivers.
Wound Care & Infection Prevention
Specialized care for surgical wounds, pressure ulcers, and chronic wounds, ensuring proper hygiene, dressing, and infection control.
Rehabilitation & Supportive Care
Assists patients with mobility, daily activities, and rehabilitation programs in collaboration with physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and medical teams.
Emotional & Psychosocial Support
Supports patients and families emotionally during hospitalization, rehabilitation, and recovery, ensuring a compassionate care environment.
