NSIRH Commemorates World Spine Day 2025 — “Invest in Your Spine”

Oct 16, 2025

The National Spinal Injury Referral Hospital (NSIRH) proudly joined the global community in commemorating World Spine Day 2025 under the theme “Invest in Your Spine.” The event highlighted the importance of spinal health, injury prevention, and overall wellness through awareness, education, and inspiring patient testimonies.

The celebration featured sensitization activities, interactive discussions, and a cake-cutting ceremony, symbolizing the hospital’s continued commitment to excellence in spinal care and rehabilitation. NSIRH’s multidisciplinary team emphasized the importance of investing in spinal health through proper posture, regular physical activity, and early medical intervention for spinal conditions — key steps toward maintaining a healthy and active life.

NSIRH extends heartfelt appreciation to its valued partners and guests for their courtesy visit and continued collaboration, including the Council of Kenya, Kenya Society of Physiotherapists, Arckayd Limited, Motivation Charitable Trust, Ujuzi Fursa Africa, and Pathway International. Their unwavering support plays a vital role in strengthening NSIRH’s mission to deliver specialized spinal injury care, comprehensive rehabilitation services, and impactful public awareness initiatives across the country.

As we mark this important day, NSIRH reaffirms its commitment to advancing spinal health, fostering strong partnerships, and empowering communities to invest in their spines for a healthier, more active future.
